New Launcher for Hearts of Iron IV on the 13th of November

So, now that the Launcher is in and *cough* all de-bugged, let's get some enhancements added when 1.9 hits:
How about adding saved 'Groups' to the mod interface? I'd like to have mods grouped together, like 1 - Ironman mods, 2 - MP mods, 3 - Local mods, etc etc. One click instead of scrolling through a huge mod list.
How about showing thumbnails for local mods? Seems simple enough.
How about a toggle option to easily start HOI without internet? I can't always have internet access when I get the itch to conquer the world, but I need all my mods.

Thanks for breaking my HOI4 and taking away my option to roll it back through Steam, guys, I love banging my head against the wall trying to find where you've decided to hide my beta codes.

Does the mod load order work? I put mods like that:
1) Icon mod 1
2) Icon mod 2
but Icon mod 2 doesn't overwrite Icon mod 1?

In laucher version 2020.4 the ability to customize the list order of mods is gone. Why?
