Not every war in the Middle Ages was fought over the ownership of a certain land.
However, all but one Casus Belli in CK3 (Raid for Captives) are about conquering land. Oftentimes nobles fought over perceived slight to one's honor, mistreatment of family members, etc. It feels somewhat wrong not to have feuds in a game set in the middle ages.
The victorious side could get prestige/renown/captives. Essentially, it would be similar to the existing "Raid for Captives" Casus Belli, but tailored for Western Europe.
