On July 6th, the Mars Base began reading unusual seismic activity coming from the planet core. They initially passed it off as nothing, but it continued throughout the day and the next day.
On July 8th, the scientists decided it was not an earthquake, something was causing seismic activity. Sending out an expedition, the men quickly began to notice small patches of green sprouting from under rocks. Using sensors, they found the oxygen readings were growing, almost to breathable levels.
Overnight, the scientist and soldiers watched as the ground turned to grass and rocks covered in moss. Tree's sprouted from the ground, streams poured out from the sand and lakes formed in craters.
When the soldiers went outside to reinforce the men in the alien caves, they were shocked. A brave soul removed his helmet against the advice of his comrades. He didnt die, and it told the Germans the air was breathable.
On July 10th, after more testing of the oxygen on Mars. The scientist deemed the planet breathable. This sent shockwaves through the scientists, it was breathable now, why?

Great story. Please continue.

Tough it is shame that Soviets do not poses some special projects of their own.

On July 11th, Mars Fuhrer Ost was promoted to Space Fuhrer. His new duties would include assigning new leaders to watch over the Moon and Mars, and to go to newly colonized worlds and set up a fully functional base. So far he had been completely successful, the main reason the German Fuhrer Rommel gave him his promotion.
On July 12th, Space Fuhrer Ost lost contact with 1st Mars Infantry, stationed outside the alien gate. Not taking any chances, and telling the scientists to damn their claims that is was static, he ordered the 2nd, 3rd and 5th Moon Armies to be relocated to Mars. With the newly breathable atmosphere, colonizing Mars would become easier because people no longer had to stay trapped inside.
On July 13th, Space Fuhrer Ost sent a team to investigate the disapearance of the 1st Mars Army. When the team reached the location, they found it completly empty. No one would have ever guessed that a army would have been stationed here. As the team was leaving the cave, they spotted a fallen comrades helmet. When it was picked up, it revealed a writing in the sand.
'Aliens, strange weapons, *unledgible word* panzers no match' It abrubtly ended, and buried a little under the sand was the soldiers fingers that were also under the helmet.
The team immediatly reported the findings, and returned to Mars Base.
On July 14th, Himmler oversaw the launching of K-2 and K-3, the second and third nuclear powered U-boots in the Kriegsmarine. It also marked the day the Luftwaffe activated its 1000 Flying Disc.
On July 15th, the German scientists and strategists were stumped, they were confused over 'the panzer no match' sentence from the young boy. Many scientists believed it meant the aliens had weaponry making the Panzer obsolete, while military Generals and designers believed it meant the enemy Panzers were no match. They debat escallated until it was suggested that they ask the deceased soldier's family what they think he would have written.

Bah! Use the newly-developed masers and cook those aliens! Then conquer the Universe in the name of the Führer! :D

bring some penguins to Mars, the penguins can get through the door! why? i dont know, i just know!

What... well they could get through I agree, but one small problem with that. THEY WILL NOT GO!!! They will not listen to humans, they plan to take over Earth. So that idea is out of action. But... a way to do it is figure out the enemy and plan it. Even aliens can be tricked after all, they seem so like humans earlier, so they can be tricked like humans too.

It will come within the next two days
Sorry, im busy with hunting and school now
Life is hectic
Everything will slow down in december.
THEN! NMB will live completely again!

Sorry for the false hope that this was an update

July 17th
Early in the morning, around 0230, a German team mounted in two halftracks and sent with two Panther tanks, went out in the dark hours. The teams goal was simple, they were to find any traces of the alien life, and destroy it at long range. To do that, they were equiped with two Nubelwarffen(sp) six barrel rocket launchers, one towed by each halftrack.

At 0450, the commander of one of the Panther's saw movement through his binoculars, using the twilight hours of Mars to get what vision he could. When the nightvision binoculars were used, it was confirmed. There was spotted bipedial life at long range.

A sniper was quickly dispatched to get an exact view and confirm the range for the rockets. As he advanced forward, the crews of the Panthers moved forward and posistioned the panzers in firing posistions, should any counter action come towards them. The halftrack teams quickly set up the Nubelwarffens and loaded them with six rockets each. They had a stack of sixty still in the halftracks. When the sniper reported in that there was also structures down range, the crews hearts jumped. They would be the first soldiers of the Third Reich, nay, of mankind, to deliver a blow to an advanced alien race.

At 0523, the rockets roar cut through the night air. It was near defening for the crews who had touched them off, but most of the soldiers eyes filled with tears. They were avenging their lost comrades. Once the rockets were clear, they quickly began the reloading process. When the sniper shouted out that explosions were visible, the crew whooped with glee. With another round loaded up, the crews fired again...
