I Hate This Games Succession

So, do I have 'Primogeniture' or 'Confederate Partition' now? Note please that I got elective in all my bigger titles. Right now what I get displayed is that my heir gets the empire, the kingdom, both duke titles... and no county?

David inherited the 2 kingdoms to Solomon and this to his son ... I could continue, but the idea was already understood.

There weren't 2 kingdoms at that time, it didn't split until Solomon's death.

Yeah, honestly the succession laws are a bit broken. I like that your land gets split among your kids and that primogeniture is an endgame development, but it makes no sense that my heir gets 1 duhcy title, 1 county, and my second born gets 4 counties...

But I guess inheritance can be tweaked rather easily by decreasing the weight of kgdm and duchy titles.
