HRE panel: new reform buttons are not centered

I mean, have you seen the buttons for each branch / path the HRE can take via reforms? Well, I am certain you haven't even looked at the descentralized path, but still. They're like... I don't like them. The way they're presented, ordered. They're not centered. They're kinda... I don't like the panel. I don't like the Catholic reforms panel either. It looks cheap! That is. It looks cheap. Not the mechanics (they're awful). I just mean the way it's decorated. That's why I have been avoiding European / Catholic nations for a while now. Do you guys agree?

It's not a bug. It's that I dislike the art, or shape, or organization of the panel. Don't you agree?

To be completely honest, i haven't loaded Vanilla in a while as i mostly play the game modded, so i can't agree or disagree at this point.
