Is Paradox going to keep modding as simple and flexible as it has in the previous games? Will HoI3 feature the same type of approach as HoI2 as regards editing of minister/tech/ai files in simple text format, and most images in bmp/jpgs? Will editing the graphics be any more complicated? Will it be a simple matter to convert customized game files to HoI3, with a simple allowance for new values, or will there be something fundamentally different about it?

I haven't played EU3, so if HoI3 is going to be more similar to that than to HoI2, I really wouldn't know what to do (other than to upgrade my computer for HoI3 and probably get EU3 anyway).

I do hope it's like EU3, which is very simple to mod. But yes, it will be like EU3.

Works with Photoshop and Photofiltre for me.
Also works with Paint.NET (which is great if you want to resize stuff and such)
