New version : V.1.6

Fantasia Universalis Pack Version 1.6 :
	-Modding 
		New feature :
		- event explorer : it's now more easy to have explorer and movement of explorer depend on the naval's technology
		- event start-reign : Now you can try to make rebellion in a neighbour country. Every result of the action depend now of the hability of the monarch.
		- event anarchy : when stab is at -3, the country can fail in anarchy
		- event limitation_bb
		- shields for american style
		- new shield for europe
		- new event : anarchy, badboy limitation
		- rework random event
		- english's and swedish's game language
		- 5 new maps

		Bug fixed :
		- bad reference for text corrected
		- shield for african fixed
		- perhaps now compatible with new graphics cards ???

	-Fantasia Universalis V 0.9.17
		Bug fixed :
		- little bug with a command for event
		New Feature :
		- Each country has now his description in the scenario's screen (nb of province, MP, taxe value ...)
		
	-Map Editor V 0.9.7
		Bug fixed :
		- minor bug
