I was playing as netherlands and i saw this 2 bugs.
The first one was that: my submarine fleet was duplicated and i could not move them and they are not doing their job (convoy escort, but no one of tasks were working too) and because of it i lost a ton of convoys, ans its annoying.
The second one is annoying too because I could not use my put puppet manpower (their manpower pool was 800k).
I hope this bug get fix, thanks.
