One line summary of your issue
No audio in post tutorial cutscene.

What platform are you running the game on?
GoG

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10 Home

Which version of the game are you running?
1.9.1-686R

What DLC do you have installed?
Flashpoint, Urban Warfare, Heavy Metal

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The audio in the cutscene directly following the tutorial mission (the one where Espinosa is rallying his troops for the coup) does not have any audio. The cutscene at game launch, the one at the beginning of the campaign and the cutscene following the second mission where Raju is killed all have audio.

Things I've tried so far. Clean reinstall of game. Verifying game files. Reinstalling Realtek audio drivers. Update graphics driver. All volume settings are set to full in game (no slider is turned down). Toggled on "play audio when alt tabbed" setting. Changed audio from stereo to surround and vice versa. Changed audio bit rate to 16 bit 96000 Hz studio quality and 16 bit 48000 Hz dvd quality. Disabled all audio outputs besides my speakers.

Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue
Finish tutorial mission.

You seem to have tried most things I'd normally suggest.

Can you redirect Windows sound to go through the nVidia interface instead of RealTek?

I disabled the realtek driver and went through the nvidia high def audio through my monitor speakers, that unfortunately did not fix the issue. Not quite sure if that is what you meant though. I've also tried uninstalling the realtek driver and using the driver that windows automatically installs. It is so odd that so far, that cutscene is the only one affected. Though from what I've read, this seems like a legacy bug.

Certainly there have been previous reported cases, but IIRC they always found a way around it

Do you know if the Realtek audio driver listed in those linked threads can be used by either Intel or AMD motherboards? The one thing I haven't tried from all the fixes I've read about is using an older realtek driver.

Not offhand, no, sorry. I'd assume if you googled the exact motherboard, you'd see what sound hardware it used.
