One line summary of your issue
Cutscene audio doesn't play Realtek audio driver

What platform are you running the game on?

Steam

What operating system do you use?
Windows 10 64bit
Which version of the game are you running?
1.7.1.-598R
What DLC do you have installed?

None

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No audio in cutscenes, subtitles are up and running so is video. Otherwise sound seems to work just fine in menu etc. I'm using realtek audio drivers, both speakers or headphones doesnt work. I tried to check if the game gets muted in audio settings but it seems to be up to 100 %. Tried switching from stereo to 5.1 or 7.1 with no results.
Should I refund or is it possible to do something about it?

Thanks for the answer in advance!
Have you tried verifying your files?
Yes

This is normally caused by various versions of the RealTek sound driver.

One version we've found works well is:
Realtek-ALC3266-Audio-Driver_0V67W_WIN_6.0.1.8098_A04.EXE

Hopefully you can find that on the RealTek site - I know it's a tricky one to navigate!

All the best!
