Meh nevermind that, the option was hidden in another tab for whatever reason.
 
Well Algeria and Morocco are easy to bypass as castile. Portugal starts with a weak claim... So force a Union at game start... then simply Give them all of north africa, they accept berber as a culture...

in the case of hungary... I've never been there... even in my Italy game.
