Also, remember to change every ACTIONAME to ACTIONNAME both in text.csv and in the events files. I am aware that there are incorrect ACTIONAME at least in the following event files: France, Navarre, Spain, Aragon, and Castile. Those mistakes were introduced by me (I apologize). If the event says ACTIONAME and text.csv ACTIONNAME, the text will not be displayed. As a final note of warning, all the events submitted by me between 1.38 and now will also be incorrect. I will make sure any event submitted from now on is correct.
Already checked and done for 1.38.1 submissions and previous version with one single click (as I said yesterday). No problem

After that it doesn't matter, as Burgundy should not exist, so whatever it is doing is going to be wrong anyway.
Is it a bugfix or an "immediate" submission? I'm confused now... :wacko:

Just consider it a bug, as BUR should not be very agressive if AGCEEP is supposed to give a historical result. If we overhaul the AI files, then it will be a submission.

is it WAD??

I'm playing England, just got Maine in peace treaty with Provence and then this event of Bedford duchy in Maine which ads me core on Maine... and another war with Provence with broken peace treaty so stability -3 +10 BB in addition which led to multiple BB war against Denmark, Poland, Aragon, some German and Italian minors... I don't like it...
Conferring The Duchy of Anjou to the Duke of Bedford was a necessary provocation. The Treaty of Troyes essentially said that it was fine to confiscate the lands of those who would not abide by the treaty (i.e. traitors). The Treaty demanded steady prosecution of the war: The English were treaty-bound to conquer all of France. We could add an event that did not DoW Provence if Maine is in ENG's hands already.

The event that DoWs Provence shouldn't have given you +10 BB though. I imagine this was what you had accumulated at that point?

ok, I played again and waited till it fired so I wouldn't get the stability hit, but it seems silly to war PRO when I've got Maine already.
Provence is usually allied to the Dauphin, so the event essentially ensures that the HYW continues as it did historically at that point.

If we don't add an event, we could include a second option which did not include a war command.

Minor bug reported

in LOR211000 ACTION_A command = { type = monarch which = 04981 } is not necessary, since the monarch is non dormant by default.

The modification avoids the double reporting that René rose to the throne in Lorraine.
In LOR211000 desc, shouldn't it be Marguerite, in French, instead or Margaret?

About bug post #100: events 241020 (Navarre), 142000 (Castille), 260000 (Portugal), 251001 (Papal states) display correct texts with 21st april 2005 1.08b. And 1.38 text.csv is not reordered nor renumbered and uses ACTIONAME (without double N) but this works fine for 241020...

To Svantevid: how did you get the reports you mention? Could you be more specific?
I see no display bug actually with these events.

OK, I opted for the above option. I also removed the badboy penalty:

Their material wealth was to be seized and resumed to the Crown, whom was free to distribute such wealth as they saw fit. In late spring of 1424, by letters pattent issued in the infant King Henry VI's name, John Duke Bedford and Regent of France was given King Rene I's lands in France, along with the Duchy of Alencon. The Duchy of Anjou was to become a formal possession of the Crown of France. Such a move was just as political and militant, as it was legal. I see no display bug actually with these events.

Latest versions of both EUII and AGCEEP. I was playing Styria, and got those events displayed in the message window at the bottom.

Okay, I have the latest EU2 installed with the beta patch, but when I try to play AGCEEP, the game just crashes when I try to start a scenario.

Nothing about why that's happening; could some one help?

You have to install latest beta patch (21st April 2005).

I would like to say that in the German Unification Events, which I'm dealing with at the moment, let the player inherit Savoy. However, one of it's two provinces, Peidmonte, or province 404, is not added a core. I thought that might a bug, because I don't know of any reason to give a core on Savoie, or 405, but not Piedemonte, or 404.

The easier way to fix it is to edit the event where the player inherits Savoy, although it might be better to put it in the event for the player gets all the cores.

Code:
}
#Savoy
event = {
      id = 366034
      random = no
      country = GER
      name = "Savoy accepts the reforms"
      desc = "The Duke of Savoy has decided to accept the new institutions and laws and will hence be a loyal part of the reformed Holy Roman Empire and Kingdom of Germany."
      style = 1

      action_a = {
               name = "Thanks to our loyal vassal"
               command = { type = inherit which = SAV }
[COLOR=Green]               command = { type = addcore which = 404 }[/COLOR]
                 }
}

OH, and another one:

Code:
#Hussite Wars
event = {
	id = 179013
	random = no
	country = HAB
	name = "Hussitenkriege"
	desc = "After the execution of Jan Hus on July 6, 1415 in Constance a revolutionary movement formed in Bohemia, partly inspired by social concerns and nationalist ideas and directed against King Sigismund. As his son-in-law, Duke Albrecht V of Austria, had participated in military campaigns in Bohemia and Moravia starting in 1420. Hussite troops invaded Austria between 1425-1431 and devastated the provinces north of the River Danube. As a consequence of the Hussite wars the Austrian national defence system was reorganised on the basis of districts."
	style = 1
	date = { day = 25 month = april year = 1424 }
	action_a = {
		name = "Reorganize the national defense system"
		command = { type = domestic which = QUALITY value = 1 }
[COLOR=Orange]		command = { type = fortress which = 327 value = 1 } #Ostmarch[/color]
		command = { type = cash value = -50 }
	}
	action_b = {
		name = "There is no need for change"
		command = { type = stability value = 1 }
	}
}

Austria doesn't own Ostmarch, Hussites do. So, why should a reorganization of the Austrian military made a bigger fortress in Ostmarch?

I'm pretty sure this is from an older event, when austria DID own Ostmarch. As a quick fix, I would suggest changing it to a fortress in a random province? Or removing the line altogether?

Those events need to be fine tuned:
Code:

	trigger = {
			event = 17017 #VEN seeing a chance#

        }
	random = no
	country = GEN
	name = "The League of Cambrai"
	desc = "In 1508 Pope Julius II set up a league against the Republic of Venice which he disliked and found too powerful in Italy. He enlisted the support of Florence, France and even of Emperor Maximilian. Genoa was under strong French influence, as was Milan, and they also joined the league. French troops decimated the Venetian army at the battle of Agnadel in 1509 but the Republic managed to break the league by concluding separate peace with her opponents."
	style = 2

	date = { day = 1 month = october year = 1500 }
	offset = 3000
	deathdate = { day = 1 month = may year = 1512 }

}
date/offset/deathdate should be changed in the way as other similar event were, and that is:
date = { day = 1 month = october year = 1503 }
offset = ??? #there are different choices in PAP/TOS/FRA/HAB/ARG/SPA "League of Cambrai"
deathdate = { day = 1 month = april year = 1509 }

i think it could be simply triggered by FRA3107 or FRA17023 according to what is written in the event description.

Code:
#Realizing Great Danger: Phillip V modified by Isaac Brock.
#IB: removed choice B, chose +50 relations, added ARG

	}
}
it should have an offset or one date only!
Code:

To Bagelmeister: can you please use a different color for proposed modifications (gold for example, but not in the list). Green you used is almost unreadable on blue background. Thanks.

What about this error:
Trigger relation. It should be relation = { country = PAP data = 120 } instead of relation = { country = PAP value = 120 }, which will give false positive whenever relations are positive (positive relations = positive trigger).
AFAIK it was confirmed (I will try it myself), but we still have a lot of the "value" version around. If it is a bug, we should remember it for the next version.

When forming Germany from Brandeburg (don't know if from other countries is the same) I had some problems with the awakening of the leaders: with the first event I had an error and with all events the text said "(some arab leader) is awake" (I had to change the IDs of the leaders)
