I wish Ironman performance was improved a little so I could enjoy these achievements more, feels far too sluggish atm even with a SSD...

Seriously? With all the problems with sectors, you think it's worth devoting a Dev Diary to _achievements_, of all the utterly worthless things? Which means _you spent developer time on achievments_?!?!?!?!?!?
The person who implemented the achievements is not necessarily someone who is competent to participate in fixing the sector AI, and the artist who designed the icons for the achievements is definitely not such a person.

They are, however, still on the payroll.

Where are you guys headed as far as weapon balance goes? Kinetics are still too optimal and armor does not counter it as much as it probably should.

I must say that I rate the performance of the Stellaris team and the direction they are taking the game quite highly. Get the weapon balance right, implement the content you promised and I cannot really fault you guys for anything!

The HOI4 team on the other hand.... reaches for pitchfork, rope and flaming torches*

I think I made a mistake giving you my money.

EDIT: And by 'mistake giving you my money' I mean 'Unless the patch after this (since I'm assuming this one is already finalized) either fixes or removes sectors... I'll never give you another dime, no matter how interesting whatever game you've produced sounds'. And, given that I was actually considering buying Tyranny (mainly for my wife, it sounds like the sort of thing she would like), that's not an idle threat.
*looks at the joining date of 2008, and the games you own*

Well, that realisation came a bit late, didn't it? :D :D
