In general moderation of the Steam discussions boards is done by Steam moderators. You should have been sent a link or user name to contact, I think?

Steam support just said that they couldn't do anything since I was banned by a hoi4 community hub mod not a steam moderator, I guess there's no way to appeal bans.
Lucky you - i didn't get any notification. And that needs improvement. I'll be raising a seperate thread to suggest something better.
Plus there is an email address for paradox forum, if the ban is on here - only that no one manages to look into it before the ban is lifted.

That is a rule on these forums. This thread is about the Steam Discussion groups.
So is it safe to assume there's no way to appeal hoi4 steam community hub bans? Or should I keep looking?
Maybe things work differently in a Steam Community Hub as distinct from a Steam Discussion group, first time I've really come across them to be honest.

Nope, we got nothing on the Steam hubs ><. Maybe the HoI 4 community team can help but you'd need to ask them (PDXKatten for example).
