Hi

I examined the common/defines and found that the proportion for paychecks is 0.25 or 25%.
My question is - what happens to the rest?
What happens to the rest IF factory budget is FULL?

I didn't know that so thanks for the info.

I suppose the rest of the profits goes to the capitalists.

I wonder if the minimum wage reforms is based on raw revenues or on this number. It would simply make no sense to increase this number since the first reform is at 20%.

Not sure how it works ingame, but irl, it's not percentage based, its based on an amount of cash, like $10 per day minimum wage.

So when a country has planned economy 75% of income gets wasted? I wonder if the craftsmen would get 100% not only 25% then they could be too rich? I have to try it ;p.

I believe minimum wage increases the wage percentage, meaning your capitalists possess less money and your workers more.

Planned economy just sucks all around in general because there are no capitalists for the leftovers (I believe it either goes to you or gets wasted, not sure). It's not a good system to give your pops money and wages, but it does keep factories etc. running without having to rely on capitalists (that's the trade-off).

I love planned economy, when I don't need to micromanage too many states. For example as Japan I had to edit files to get planned while staying as an absolute monarchy ;).

Lol. Planned Economy is good for you, not for your pops. Your middle class and rich don't get really any money from factories and RGO etc. because you control everything in the economy.

In contrast, the poor like Planned Economy because you obviously employ lots of farmers, laborers, and craftsmen.

Planned Economy doesn't get rid of the capitalists, it just makes them (slightly more) useless (than usual) and much less likely to promote.
You still tax them, and they still provide a slight decrease to the amount of raw materials that your factory requires. Now they're like party bureaucrats (if commie/socialist) or nobility (if reactionary), if you want an RP justification for their existence.

Reactions:
The rest is not going to the cappies. The profit is divided in thw parts - 25% goes to workers and cappies - each gets half - 12.5% while the other 75% are going towards the factory budget.
But when the budget is full - then what?

I only ask because I search for the money_not_enough problem and this is one potential sources?
