I've noticed that I can turn money into some prestige, piety and moral authority, if I constantly build and raze temples in different religion provinces due to the revolts that spawn through the rampaging horde province modifier.
Is that a viable strategy? Or would it be better if I invested the money elsewhere?
RNG:
When is the RNG result set? When the event pops up or when I click the button with the % value?
E.g.: Could I guarantee the diligent trait from one of the Scholarship event pop-ups if I'd just reload the game over and over again if I didn't get the trait from the button?
