Now, we all know that bears are the one true rulers of the world and superior to humans in every way, but, before I go about spreading the word to me friends and family about the sacrifices we need to make for them, what are the advantages of bear culture in game?

Do bears also get a unique cultural buildings?

No, Bears do not get any special retinue. Nor do they get a cultural building. The only feature of the culture is that they can eat prisoners, but you need to also have Reaper's Due for that option to be available.

I really feel that Paradox dropped the ball not giving them a punny retinue. Maybe 200 HI called 'Gizzled Soldiers' or something?

There is bear retinue lol. Every animal culture has one

from what i found on internet it was already in the game when they added that culture, so yeah...
Bear culture was added with Jade Dragon as an easter egg event, namely that your child would turn out to be a bear. At this point, horses had already existed as an easter egg as well without unique retinues or culture buildings.

Holy fury came out after, adding cats, dogs, hedgehogs, etc, and granted them cultural bonuses, retinues, and buildings to fit along with the new “animal kingdoms” options.
