As i said earlier, i dont know if im able to play this sunday. its a national holiday this weekend. i will go away for the weekend, and dont know when i'll be home on sunday
So we've been contemplating a new mechanic and delian asked me to post it here so everyone had a chance to look it over.
The idea is: for any culture in Europe, if you possess 75% of that culture or more, you can claim that culture as your own. For each province of the culture you possess, you will also receive .5 badboy. All claims must be made in an AAR, but will not count toward the typical AAR reward.
Example: HAL controls 4/5 West Slavic culture provinces. He claims that culture. West Slavic culture is edited to him, and he receives 2 badboy.

i think it should be any culture in general not just europe
but perhaps add a limit of max 10 provs (unles you want people to go for claiming german and so on)
