You got to explain me this. I dont find anything unfamiliar or strange on this name.
Not as funny as the "Semen Stroganov" in EUI/II.
Althought technically, it should be transliterated as "Semyon", since ë in Russian is 'yo', not 'e'. The name is "CemëH" in cyrillic, btw.
