Conundrum update
It's not very frequent that builders show us their LOD. (Maybe it should be mandatory... seeing the poor lods many published assets have).
Highway Exit with Zoned for Commerical off it. So far Sally's only because load that exist
Building and started expanding but like to add other Buildings to other lots or just have empty Commercial Lots or just empty boxes next to Road that I have already done. Also add Highway Bridge with Off/On Ramps,Power and Water.
Also trying and maybe combined Modern Marketplace/Sally's into Walgreens or so on.
Also trying to take Beach Resort V. 3 and expand property to include Roads,maybe Tennis Court and others.
