I am working on an update that should be ready on Monday. GFX and game files and maybe single install as well.
V1.3.7 will have alot of GFX additions and fixes. Also debugging from DH experience and from this forum.

The update will be delayed until Tuesday night. I ran into some things that needed fixing that were unexpected.
 
What about ministers and events for this mod? In my opinion it is boring to play game without historical ministers and events. Also I suppose that it is necessary to add some new scenarios, because there are few people, who can play from 1936 to 1999.
