Don't bother. It won't work. The Hoi2 engine can't handle so many provinces. E3 worked even with AOD only after 1.12

Look, I made all the flags for you, because redo them, it doesn't make sense! ... Rather get help on what actually needs to be done to finish the mod

In some cases I had the same images that you kept from my DH pack so i didn't process them

Well, since I bought my new pc I can't get AoD and DH to work, so I will upload the images I did from the old pc at my parents home and all the unprocessed images I have in the new one, it's not really much, but I hope it serves a bit.
