This is not looking good.

At the start of this war our army was on its way to invade Korea by sea, Hence the army scattered all over the place. Our Fleet is being attacked outside Korea and we are besieging Makran. Hamburg interprets this favourably and offers us an alliance in June 1511.

We are still fairly rich by our standards and use the money to buy some mercenaries sadly we can’t recruit them in our new provinces so we have to ship them across from our homeland. After the first Landsknecht regiment has been recruited, there is no more left…

(ok it turns out that I could after some days recruit more)

We try to get out of this mess ASAP (The scarifies of virgins only affected the Koreans) by offering Korea and Yemen a white peace. Korea accepts but Yemen rejects it. At least it won’t be a two front war.

End of June 1511 brings the enemy to our (new) doorstep. Quarabagh is under attack.

This was a simple match when you have God behind you! The Yemenites (?) are kicked out two weeks later.

Attempts to end the war are rejected by Yemen both in July and August.

September doesn’t start well. First this even kicks off plus we are under attack in Makran just when the city looked like it was about to fall soon.

In October we reach Naval Tech 5 which is good but our army is not doing well. I think the Yemenites might have been westernised. The other Muslim countries have not done this well against us.

Just to get out of this war we offer Yemen this deal which the ungrateful infidels reject.

The battle of Makran is not going well. We are severely outnumbered. Reinforcements are on their way but not fast enough.

When things can’t get much worse this happens. Ungrateful peasants! We don’t have time or the money to deal with this.

Woe is me.

Indeed, there are storms on the horizon - well, not so much on the horizon as on the doorstep :)

So in May 1488 you get a 6/7/8 archbishop, but he dies 20 months later and is replaced by a 6/6/3 successor? The AI does not like you, my friend.

Plus, you were allied with Munster and Münster at the same time? Lord have mercy on your foreign minister.

What's wrong with basing your foreign policy on the name of the countries, plenty of successful nations do that

The Yemenis turned out to be a harder nut to crack than you thought, you'll need to give them something to get out the war.

What! Isn't virgins and money isn't enough!

Our first two attempts to rid Malta from the rebels fails. The Mercenaries withdraw to Morea.

In Yemen thins are not looking up either. Our proud army is getting battered in Sitan and retreats to Baluchistan

Not sure when we managed to free Malta but it happened sometime in February 1512.

In March we get a beating again. The battle of Hamadan is not going our way. Our reinforcement has reached Baluchistan but we are outnumbered 2:1

God help us…

We seem to have lost most of our armies in Yemen since the last update. They must have been crushed by the infidel. We have also located where Kashmir is located

The quelling of the rebellion in Croatia is not going well. We need more manpower and recruit another bunch of mercenaries in Lapland (April 1512) to help out with the rebellion. The army we have in Malta we will ship over to Yemen.
