This will be the Rome AAR LibrAARy. I am currently intending to have AARs listed alphabetically by writAAR, and also by starting nation.

I will hopefully edit this post later to spruce it up a bit.

I am open to the idea of maintaining one or two other potential lists, please discuss that in the LibrAARy update thread that I will post shortly.
