Wanted to pop over and make sure you were aware of the new Anthology thread for our beloved EUIII. We started with EUII, and then moved onto HoI, Victoria, CK and then HoI2. Now it is time for EUIII, released nearly a decade ago.
This one works just like previous Anthologies and is meant to highlight great efforts of these games now since surpassed (at least by views and players) by the latest version. Not being as active as I once was, I am unsure how many here are newer folks and how many are veterans, but it seemed a good move to at least let you know of it. Older folks might wish to revisit some AARs and new ones might find some great inspiration, or at least some joy at truly remarkable works.
While I am at it, I might as well reiterate that there is a whole area for General Discussion of AARland in full that you may wish to visit (just scroll down - you will find it!) This includes our weekly awards, various interesting threads involving AARs in general and an area in which you can discuss this place we inhabit more fully, perhaps meeting new people or gaining some new knowledge or entertainment. All new voices are welcome, and many old voices desired to hear again.
Anyway, follow the links, read and join in the fun if you dare. Happy gaming and Write-On!
