feels like the balance is skewed against revolters even more than usual in darkest hour (at least the syndy ones) i see CSA, CNT and Sov russia squashed in pretty much every game unless i control them and even then its a tough fight.
Also is the bug that gives any canadian troops in new england to the new country is still there? i saw it the other day but not sure if you know of this already

Probably to do with some of the changes with the way battles work. Specific balancing will occur in all likelihood. The Canadian deserter bug should be resolved (it is in ARMA)

So, the solution would be to move the Afghanistan photo into the DH one then?
I´m not sure that CTD is caused by missing pictures, there are few events with missing pictures and they run just fine...
I´ve tested event about Tibet myself and it run just fine ( even when there was no event picture for it available ).....
Really? What else could it be then? It only happens on the exact day that event fires when playing as Germany. I tested it at least 20 times (reloading saves) on two different playthroughs as Germany. When I tried it as someone else like Sigma suggested, the day just went by and the event fired. Hmmm... I was playing on DH 1.00 though. Are you using 1.01? Maybe that is it.

So I am Imperial Russia, on Darkest Hour, and had secured transamur peacefully. A few years go by and when Manchuria asks Japan who should lead them, Japan annexes them after a war. I don't like this, so I attack Japan. I take Manchuria and when I get all of Korea, the peace event fires and I accept. I get Korea and Port Arthur, but the rest of Manchuria reverts to Japan.
I'm thinking what I will do is create a double event for when RUS controls Mukden, and another for when it doesn't, say I play again with an early RUS-JAP war and I puppet Manchuria.
Also I'm pretty sure its 1.0

playing as Ukraine and went down the syndie route with Khrushchev. after transforming the nation into a socialist utopia i find that i still have a trade embargo with all the major nations of the synditurn, wussup with that?

i've noticed this. it doesn't happen with an event firing, just joining the alliance. to get a decent game with the soviet union requires plenty of reloading from autosaves. also if they do ally, german troops overrun the soviet positions relatively quickly but then when the war is over they just keep those provinces and there are no events to give them back to russia.
Um...I get an error that ends my game. It goes like cannot open Japan ai declare war CYN or something along those lines. It crashed me game, on the last hour of the last day of the month, after a months worth of brutal counter attacks against Frances. Sadfaic.
It's a long-standing issue in the AI event - some muppet put a backward \ instead of a forward / in the 'file/blah/blah/JAP_VS_CYN.ai' or whatever.
Is their anyway to fix it? I went to the events and tried to see if I could make that event not occur. And if it hasn't been fixed, is their a away to avoid it?
Find the AI switch event and then simply correct the bad \ It's just not been done due to laziness and nobody really losing a significant chunk of their game due to it.
There's a major problem with my DH-Kaiserreich.
So, I did everything in installation, but now DH won't start(it functions well in Normal however). Any solution?

HUGE bug in my game. I am germany, and my puppets units (united baltic, Lithuania) get defeated the next hour when they attack. Their organization is maxed, their strength is maxed, i outnumber the soviet troops (ones i am attacking) 8 to 1. This happens with EVERY province i attack with each of my puppets armies... renders them useless for offense (they can defend fine). Please fix this. It is in darkest hour btw, but couldn't find a section in the DH kaiserreich forum
