Download JSGME (Generic Mod Enabler) first and install it to your HoI2 file. It should create a folder called 'MODS', into which you extract the Anatolian Wars Mod folder. After that, click on JSGME.exe, install Anatolian Wars Mod 1.02 and play away!

Much easier way to install any mod is just make back up copy of db folder, then copy the vanilla db folder and then copy/paste the mods own db folder over the vanilla one. Then mod uses moddir.

You use the aw.bat file? If so, the right way to get it work is:

Hum. Isn't second Basmachi revolt quite too far from Anatolia, and also very un probalby.
Yeah, but it could draw the USSR and Persia in to the scenario more... and could give the Islamist and Turkic parties more of a role

Yes, just learn how to get used to it and you'll see how it is a good friend when you've low diskspace and loads of mods.
I could make the explanation a bit better (You will tell me if you like it). You just need to tell me one thing, why doesn't the game work if I just paste the Anatolian wars db over the vanilla db?
