AGCEEP --> Vic: Rev conversion?

Hey how do you export AGCEEP game to Victoria: Revolutions?
Where can I find the code or whatever or utility, and how do I change it, and where is the most up-to-date one?
I've tried with the utility but when I did it, at first it just did nothing, and then other times I tried to load the game in Victoria and it didn't go.

The converter you seek is called "EU2Rev".

Check out this thread. There hasn't been updates of these files since a few months, I don't know if they still are "100% playable", but I had no serious issue with my last conversions in the previous version of AGCEEP.
