In HoI2 (no DD) you didn't receive manpower from unconnected provinces (but if you had an uncrossable connection it was fine)

I know this i suggested it. But he is saying you get Manpower from say Korea as Japan during peace, but at war you do not. Even if you DO NOT! have a impassable connection.

correct. Thats why the Impassable land connection i suggested will give you manpower of Euorpe. Since the game thinks its connected.

Dude, u wont really get any much MP anyway. U got like Poland, or some of it right? Thats not the MP house in Europe.. And u also need a land connection to youre own land, and it cant go trough other countries, can it?

It can go through allies. IE Japan must go through manchucain or what ever that nation is. He would also get India i believe.
