you need to keep the polish commanders marked with ("com") dormant, until SOV has puppeted POL.

for instance:

http://generals.dk/general/Polynin/Fedor_Petrovich/Soviet_Union.html
http://generals.dk/general/Poplavskii/Stanislav_Giliarovich/Soviet_Union.html
http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Абрамов,_Николай_Осипович

most of them are soviet commanders, which came to POL post war

EDIT:
dutch foreign minister (thanks a lot for making me aware of that)
name is Andries De Graeff http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andries_Cornelis_Dirk_de_Graeff

Guangxi Clique: Wang Shuming: pic is wrong, shows Jiang Baili http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/蔣百里

Soviet Tech teams:
Vladimir Kasatonov (1910-1989)
means that he was only 26 in 1936, prom dates:
RA 45/VA 51/Adm 55/Adm of the Fleet 65
http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Касатонов,_Владимир_Афанасьевич
http://www.warheroes.ru/hero/hero.asp?Hero_id=1880
so maybe move the start date of the TT to 1945

Re: Harbour Guards (at least those which are named "Naval District"):
Naval Districts are usually commanded by a peron in admirals rank, no army

Good suggestion major. I would also add as 'com' gen. Berling, who appears in scenario about 1940. Berling in 1939 retired from active duty in Polish Army (IIRP Army) and in 1943 returned to duty in People's Army of Poland (soviet puppet). Btw he was senteced for death by IIRP (gen. Anders) as deserter. I suggest also removing gen. Sikorski from event "Political landscape" in 1936. Sikorski should stay in scenario cause he was not retired, he was active general but not in command of any unit.

Is infrastructure supposed to total anything without ending in a 0 or 5? By that I mean in my install I've found provinces with 129% infra, 91% infra etc.

This is WAD.

Thanks for answering. So I guess infra does not built in 5% instalments as it does on 'vanilla'?

I'm just trying out 0.61, playing as UK. Pretty early in I get a reproducable crash bug: failed to load switch/ai/ger_battlefleet.ai. The file is definitely there, where it should be, and definitely intact, so I don't know what the problem could be. Any ideas? I have the save file, if needs be.

This is a strong indication of a bad install. The code is calling an AI file that only CORE has. Unless everybody else has this problem (then it would be an error in the installer script), you have a bad install.

That's what I thought at first, but the file is definitely where it should be. I think it was probably the first time the system tried to switch an AI file though, so it would probably fail on all of them. I'll try reinstalling anyway.

There also has to be a file of the same name in the vanilla ai directory above. Unless a file of the same name exists in the vanilla structure, mod-dir will not look for it in the mod-dir structure.

Yes, it's there too. I spent a while trying to figure it out last night before coming on the forum. Not had a chance to try it again today, but I'll let you know when I have. Thanks for the help.

Actually it does. The current infra level simply isn´t (always) set at ..5 or..0. You may end up at 197% infra with no further improvement possible.
Oh ok. To me that seems strange but I guess there's a perfectly good rationale behind it.

The reason behind this is that (at least initially) there was a fairly complicated formula for calculating infra levels, which arrived at those decimal values.

I'm playing SU and had the events bulgaria and romania switch sides. I accepted both and in both cases Germany then went with "unternehmen panzerfaust". Thing is, only Bulgaria became a puppet of mine, Romania stayed at war with my allied to Germany just as if nothing had happened. Is that a bug?

AFAIK, Germany tries to coup Romania back in Unternehmen Panzerfaust. They may or may not succeed. I did not code this event (wasn´t event on the CORE team when it was coded), so do not know all the details.
