My current ruler has the nickname "The Wise" my last one got the "Blessed" is there somewhere that has criteria for getting these nicknames? I know how I got the blesses but how did my guy get the wise? he doesn't really have great stats.

lol I'm assuming all of the vassals that would have rebelled are...dead."The Devil", though i have to say i earned it, i had like 4000 tyranny, YES, three zeros, i was revoking arresting banishing executing assasinating, i had cruel, zealous, greedy, i was also excommunicated by an enemy king, though i like to think it had more to do with serial assasinating popes just for the fun of it.
