Danzig and Eastern Prussia to Poland? Why? They are mostly German.

BTW, time to finish off Switzerland?

Western Prussia not Eastern Prussia appears to have been ceded to Poland. East Prussia is still under the Commune of France. As for Danzig, I imagine it is treated similar to Alsace and perhaps even the Saar basin. While Lorraine and South Prussia are easily placed into France and Poland respectively, both Danzig and Alsace have large local German minorities. They are irredentist claims of the two states with some merit just as there is some merit in Italy claiming Istria. Despite the more laudable cause of Syndicalism and the World Revolution, Nationalism is still a force that cannot be ignored.

About Danzig, most of the population of the city is German.

Very fitting that the first clash came at Tilsit; though I don't see how the Russians can triumph.

YEAH QUébec is free!

I see that southern portions of East Prussia have been ceded (these are the most Polish areas, but I'm not certain of how demographics would be there in this timeline). As for Danzig, the city itself is majority German, so I can only assume its something to do with Poland wanting sea access as in OTL. Maybe Germany will still get Koenigsberg and Memel (though Lithuania may get the latter). Notably different from OTL are Silesia and Pommern which seem securely German ITTL. Perhaps there is some population exchange like OTL or else its all part of the long term plan for integration in World Socialism.

My point is that Danzig shouldn't be Polish since Gdynia is the main Polish port (outclassing Danzig). About Eastern Prussia, I think there¡s a Polish minority in the ceded areas, but I wonder if that is a good reason to cede the lands to Poland.

Those are good points. I've never seen socialist Germany with any other Eastern Border in Kaiserreich (the western borders are fairly variable). Perhaps that could be modded in, there seems to be a fair amount of progress and change in the mod in recent months.

The Internationale shall soon be in Moscow, mark you my words!
If Syndicalism could correct the tragedies of '71 and 1914-20 - a new march on Russia seems like a walk in the park.

Since in the Kaiserreich universe Poland never controlled the Polish Corridor, it is entirely likely that Gdynia does not exist; historically it was a mere fishing village until the Polish decided to massively develop it in the early twenties.

And then, why should Poland get Danzig? It isn't Polish and Poland was enemy of the Internationale. Giving them only the corridor is far too kind, even if the most important coastal village is a mere fishing one.

I can see how as a non-puppet member of Mitteleurope, Poland may conceivably be penalized for its participation in the war. However, in the aftermath of the Weltkrieg it was subordinate to the whims of the Germanophone Empires. Furthermore, this war was launched over the possession on Alsace-Lorraine/Elsas-Lothringen, for France revenging the defeats of 1871 and 1918 is central to the war, perhaps as important or more so than spreading the revolution. As the largest contributing member of the International and controller of the occupied territories of the dismantled empire, they are simply exercising the need to satisfy their need for revenge. Istria with the exception of Triest is not majority Italian, but concession must be made to those demanding Italia Irredenta. Hopefully, by penalizing the future German Socialist State in the East, nationalist elements will be more willing to compromise on the issue of the western frontier with CoF.

Hm... I don't see how penalization can bring compromise. I knew the French reasons, but I think Italy should make pressure for a fair deal with the losers.

I don't think the Poles should get Danzig, but then, I don't think Poland should exist. :p

Can the Internationale really conquer all of Russia? The size of the place could easily defeat the Syndicalist armies before they can inflict a final peace.

With peace in North America, an invasion by the CSA from the east could cut back on that time.

BTW, if the Ottomans are going to fall maybe is better try to take Istanbul to have control of the Bosphorus. Are you going to take Cyprus and the Aegean Islands? With those the Mediterranean could be a truly 'Mare Sindicus'. xD
