So, one day I started a game and using the event 11101 I removed all 1836 GPs and China.

Yes, I found it in some cheats thread here few weeks ago. You open the console, type "event 11101 TAG", choose first option, and TAG disappears.
But still, they're in West Africa.
You can remove any country you want, except the country played by you (it'll get you annexed and end the game).
You open the console (the place where you can type cheats and stuff, it's opened by ` key, on my keyboard it's below Esc), type "event 11101 TAG", choose first option, and TAG disappears.
Yes. If you want to know the tag of specific country, look at common/countries.txt.
Currently, my Texas campaign in a world where all the beginning GP's, Secondary Power's and China are gone.
I did the event 11101 thing myself. There's also New Nations Mod in this as well.
From a couple of different games, some pretty old.
It's just really hard for France to successfully invade Madagascar:
Both the 1st and 2nd War of the Setif Concession being fought at the same time. Unfortunately, the Pope white-peaced and it went to France.
One day, Brazil!
Bavaria lost two of its three regions to Austria, and now it also can't import any food. The Bavarians are angry:
(But have 0 brigades)
Mexico trying to take back land! Unfortunately, they lost (but did become the Empire of Mexico).
And in my latest game, the CSA abolished slavery during the ACW while the USA kept it, but crazy Civil War stuff isn't even strange enough to take pictures of anymore.
