I think it is "Wise Beaver Gowyoga" It's funny, the rest of the name is clear, just those letters at the end are fuzzy.

I also think it is "White Wolf Oquaga"

That would be cheating. Cheating records don't count. Generals gotten in mods are no better than generals you could get in vanilla.
