Started approx. Sol 179. Happens every 30 seconds or so. Lasts approx 5-10 secs, then resumes normal play for another 30 secs before stuttering again.

Haven't experienced this before, but I've also never played this far into the game.

I have had the same problem. From what I have seen drones will get stuck for a moment. Mostly inside a dome when they try to deliver or pick up supplies. It’s like they can’t find their way out. If you get a long stutter look for one that is just sitting there. Manually move it that always clears mine up.
