I found a bug where if I sell one of my prisons it seems like every other time as I am laying out spots for them to build, that they will just stop building, walk around in one area, and trying to make anything priority does not help. I searched the forum to see if this was there, but I didn't see anything. If the prison File is needed I can get a bugged one and post it here
