[Windows 11] Cursor not appearing when game loads

Hi,
When I load into EU4, the game loads as normal, but the only thing that does not load properly is the cursor, although I can still interact with things in the game. I suspect it could be an Epic Games issue, as IIRC other players on Epic Games had this problem. So far, I have tried a clean uninstall/reinstall, starting in admin mode, verifying game files, unplugging/replugging mouse, and updating drivers. If anyone has any advice/solutions, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

As you say, this is exclusively an Epic issue.

Do you use any type of cursor customization, such as Mouse Trails in Windows? If so, please turn it off before playing the game.
