For Crusader king 2 why isn't there an option to adopt someone's illegitimate child as your own?

Probably not what you were looking for, but it is an option in ATEFF. Strangely, cant find other mods that add it in that still work.

NMIH mod do have adoption system implemented, due to unique culture background in Japan.
