On the Steam Store page, and in 'Events & Announcements', dev log 12 is there (and all the other dev logs and patch hot fixes), but not this one. Why?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The Reason is easy: That Info would have grown the Angry of the Gamers there much more. You have seen the Angry-Storm on Steam after the Gamers there get the Information from Game Magazines and other Sources. If Paradox would have send this Devlog-Information there multiplicate the Angry-Storm with 1 Million.
Paradox have to be very patient with external Studios for special Games after the Empire of Sin-Fiasco and Games I don´t know. That´s why Paradox didn´t give the Abonden-DevDiray from Star Trek Infinite to the Plattforms. It was better to let it come out from neutral Game Magazines, Streamers and similar.
