Why can I not marry my courtiers?

Hi, I have a question. I am trying to gather several bloodlines, and I invited to my court two persons, both single both young, both are in my court, both have the same religion, and I guess not obstacles in traits.

But I am not able to push them to marry together. Normally it works. Now, if I choose him or her and try to marry them, I get plenty of possible wives/husbands but not the one I want.

Any idea why?

It might have something to do with her being an illegitimate bastard not of your dynasty and attempting to make a matrilineal marriage.

Still, a save and restart might fix marriage options.

How are you accessing their marriages?

Sometimes when it's being funny try another way-

1) click the rings on their profile page and search for the other one

2) right click on each picture and select "arrange marriage"

3) right click on your on picture and select "arrange marriage"

I know it's dumb, but sometimes a match will show up one of those places but not the other.
