Just wondered... If I have a notorious philanderer like this one:

Are those five women the lovers the public knows about? Or does that mean my character knows about them, but not necesseraliy everyone else in the game? Or does the game just give me a complete list of everyones lovers anywhere in Europe?

The last option wouldn't really be logical - people try to keep their sexual adventures a secret, after all. But the game seems to show lovers for anyone, from courtiers that my character would probably know well enough to be up to date about their affairs down to lowborn pagans no one would ever had heard of in my region...

Lovers are secret until someone find about it. I'm not sure who gets to know then; I would expect everybody knows. Secrecy is broken by events though; sometimes I have a pop up stating that lady X and duke Y had a kid, and then looking at the kid screen, there's no father displayed. Lovers pox is also pretty much self explanatory, even if there's no lover listed for your wife...
