With Capone appearing so many times in the advertisement, it leads one to believe that he is either the main, playable protagonist or a figurehead of the game. If the former is the case, the opportunity to customize your own crime lord would be missed. If the latter is the case, I assume all the game play shown is prologue of sorts, meant to teach the mechanics of the game.
