Weird 'Unique' issue

So I've always wanted to play HoI, finally have a chance to through Origin Access (part of the free giveaway) so I now own HoI3 with The Finest Hour. The game loads to the menu but I am unable to start any games or the tutorial. The tutorial immediately goes to a victory screen, and when I try a custom scenario I get a blank map and get told that every nation doesn't exist at that time frame.
I've searched for the problem and no one else seems to have had it. Please help!
 
Does that include the other 2 expansions, or just Their Finest Hour? You need Semper Fi to install For the Motherland, and FtM to install TFH. Other than that, my suggestion would be to contact Origin Access, to see what their "free giveaway" requires.
