In VIC 2, the newspaper system was very interesting. Can it be achieved in VIC 3?
The newspaper system can be a good way to get enriched information from the countries which players may pay attention to.
The news could be:
1.the war between two or more countries
2.economy growth in player's country (strongly recommend the GDP growth rate in a certain cycle)
3.strange stories (THE LAST WORDS OF PETER THE GREAT)
4.real historical events
5.etc...
The frequency of posting newspaper can be QTQ or MTM.
Any other advice?
Let me add, in parenthesis, I like VIC2 but I am looking forward to a better VIC3
