Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
French law on slavery should be "Legacy slavery" at the start of the game, with slave states only in the West Indies, Guyana, Senegal and La Reunion island.

Also, the northest state of France should be called "Nord Pas-de-Calais" instead of "French low countries" (as a French I never heard about such name).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
About the slavery law : I thought the new dlc would have changed it because it intended to add more french flavor, but it didn't so I post about it now even if it's not properly a bug. The abolition of slavery is one of the most famous decisions taken by the provisionnal government of the 2nd French Republic in 1848. At the time, there still were more than 200 000 slaves in the french colonies I mentionned. However slave trade was forbidden as in most of European countries. So the "Legacy slavery" law can easily represent the whole situation as it allows slave and free states mechanics.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This could be even better represented in the game by adding French agitator Victor Schoelcher (from intelligentsia). He's one of the abolitionnist figures in the 1830s/1840s, and the one who urged to sign the abolition decree once the Republic was established. The agitator mechanic is the most appropriate because ending slavery wasn't a big matter for the whole french intelligentsia. It was a far more important and popular decision in UK for example.
