Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I won the civil war with the Shogunate a number of years back in this save. In the course of it, Hawaii declared a secession from me and I capitulated, intending to reconquer it a number of years after I'd won the civil war. Instead, the civil war flag never expired and Hawaii is still known as the Hawaiian Uprising.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have a civil war start with an interest group, somehow cause secession of a non-primary culture entity (in this case, Hawaii) during said civil war, and capitulate to the secession before the end of the civil war with the interest group.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

This issue has been documented previously and fixed with 1.1.0, which means it should be fine now.
