Vassal's troops getting exiled

I'm playing as France, and revoked, but whenever I finish a war, my vassal's troops get exiled, and when they entire my territory, they don't get unexiled, instead they have to go all the way back to their home provinces, which can be a big pain when I'm fighting wars in India. Does anybody know if there's a way to fix this?

Since this is WAD there isn't a "fix" but there are workarounds. Once you no longer require vassal troops set them to defensive and peace out when they reach your home territory
