Summary

Vassals only build stonecutters

Expected Result

From what I've gathered, a vassal in the game doesn't need to tend to his population's needs nor are they limited in resources for production. They can then focus on providing wealth, production, knowledge and culture for the player's nation.

Actual Result

Vassals only build stonecutters on empty lands, prodiving me with wealth and production (and I guess improvement points) but they could produce even more by building more elaborated structures like papermakers for example. It's not optimised. Furthermore, I can't influence them in any way to provide with anything else, so I have an insanely high quantity of wealth and improv points and almost nothing in knowledge and culture.

Steps to reproduce

Getting a vassal and never integrate them for more than 200 turns.

Can you shoot me a .save and .saveinfo please?

Here's my latest save with this. Edo vassal shows it quite clearly. They do have other improvements but mostly spam stonecutters.
