v1.0.2(fc5e) Color Palette bugged

Seeing as no one else has mention this, I guess most or some people not have this problem when choosing a color for their flag. As for me, when I go to change or select a color for my nation's flag, the colors for the color palette has only one color and that is either gray or black. Thought this could be fixed when selecting the last emblem on your screen and seeing the colors that way but its still kinda annoying.

Reproduction: For me whether I have the Mods on or not, it does the change that fact that all the colors are the same so it's not the Mods fault in this regard and I have tried reinstalling the game and it's still the same.

The same issue here. You can see the color when you hover over it right? But when you don't they are all the same color.

@Two-Piece Yes, only if u hover over it that u can see the other colors

@CainGrey not sure if its a completely AMD thing, but I do have an AMD graphic card
