US gets Southhampton

After I captured all of England as Germany, while I had it occupied! I'm using 1.6b. This happend right after the US declared war on me. I had to move another corp in to reoccupy Southhampton. I have no idea if this has been mentioned before but I thought I'd mention it.

Not a bug. This was put in to help AI USA invade Europe more reliably (gives them a local supply source).

isn't that kind of strange since iceland is the steppingstone politically and militarily for the cross atlantic invasions?

thats a major reason why US got to occupy those bases in the first place.

Should make occupied territory work like homecountry after 3-6 months of occupation instead. Oh in rgds to supply only.
i don't think you should be able to build units in any other nation really. you start building bismarck and then when ready you can delpoy it in singapore. nahh
